Since 2002, Coaching Corps’ nationally recognized framework has supported over 600 afterschool programs with coach recruitment, training, and support services. We understand the unique challenges facing afterschool programs serving under-resourced communities, and we can bolster support your athletic programs at no cost to you or your families. We do this thanks to philanthropic support so that you can concentrate on being there for your kids, and we can help reduce barriers to ensure that all kids have the chance to thrive through sport.
Our coach training and support provides the tools for coaches to be critical mentors creating an environment where players experience safety, trust, belonging, autonomy, and growth.
