Provide evidence-based coach trainings to all staff and volunteers to align on what matters most: your kids’ safety, engagement, relationships, and development. Use our free trainings to create the culture and shared goals for all staff and volunteers to lead youth towards life wins.
COACH MATCHING PLATFORM
For organizations supporting low-income communities of color, we can help amplify your program’s needs and connect you to more coaches. Utilize our coach matching platform to post your volunteer and paid coaching positions. As soon as a coach selects you from our referral map, the connection is made. Instantly contact interested coaches and proceed with your onboarding procedures.
*We believe that every child deserves a caring, well-trained coach. In our commitment to equity, we highlight and amplify the needs of only the partner organizations who serve primarily low-income communities of color to increase the number of coaches and role models your kids have access to.

Since 2002, Coaching Corps’ nationally recognized framework has supported over 600 youth-serving organizations with coach recruitment, training, and support services. We understand the unique challenges facing afterschool programs serving low-income communities of color, and we can bolster support for your athletic programs at no cost to you or your families. We do this thanks to philanthropic support so that you can concentrate on being there for your kids, and we can help reduce barriers. Together, we can ensure all kids have the opportunity to thrive through sport.
