In what capacity will Coaching Corps volunteers serve? (Check all that apply.)
: Coaching Corps volunteers fulfill a primary coaching role. The volunteer leads practices, but is assisted by a staff member or another volunteer serving as an assistant coach. This is ideal for programs that have staff eager to support a sports program, but do not have the sports expertise to lead practices.
: Coaching Corps volunteers fulfill a secondary (supportive) coaching role. Volunteers are paired with a staff member or another volunteer serving as the lead coach. This is ideal for programs that already have coaches, but wish to offer them additional support in practice management.
Please note that all Coaching Corps volunteers must coach with a staff member or another volunteer to ensure sufficient support during practices.
I certify that all of the statements I made in this application are true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that misinformation or the omission of information could result in disqualification and/or termination as a Coaching Corps partner.
