Justin Hoeveler is the CEO of US Sports Camps (USSC), the world’s largest operator of sports camps and the licensed operator of Nike Sports Camps. Justin has spent the past 9 years at USSC leading growth across different sport categories during which the company grew from hosting 50,000 campers annually to hosting 100,000 campers in 2019. In 2018 Justin started an esports skill-development company aimed at building better training habits and community in aspiring esports players. The company was acquired by Roark Capital in August of 2020. Prior to joining US Sports Camps, Justin worked as the Director of Operations for Priority Sports, a boutique sports agency in Chicago, Illinois. Justin also spent 1.5 years working as a school finance consultant for the Active Network in San Diego, CA.

Justin received 3 varsity letters in tennis and 1 letter in basketball from Northwestern University and was a 3-time member of the All-Big Ten Academic Team. He received his MBA from Wharton in 2017 and has been a Board Member of the Youth Tennis Advantage since 2017.
